In 2017, East Gulf Ltd. decided to consolidate all Helpdesk service for affiliates into IDS, we built high-end service desk system in order to acquire and serve all MDS entities in Qatar. this service is not limited to our group only since we can extend this service to our clients in many favors such as

Helpdesk as a Service: Our client will outsource the full operation of his helpdesk to our company including systems, employees, call center, process, workflow … etc. which will be measured based on KPI’s and the SLA signed between all parties.
